This is a simple informational website. It has no contact form, no user accounts, and no online checkout, so it does not collect or store any personal information on our own servers.

• Cookie preference: when you accept, reject, or manage cookies on the banner, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. This stays on your device only — we never receive or see it.
• Contacting us: the "Message Ellen", "Call" and "Email" links open WhatsApp, your phone's dialler, or your email app directly. Any message you send that way is handled within WhatsApp or your email provider, under their own privacy terms, not stored by this website.

Third-party services used on this site

A few outside services help this page load and function. Visiting the site may cause your browser to contact them directly:

• Google Maps — the map embedded in our Contact section is provided by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Pexels — some photos and the background video are hosted by Pexels' content delivery network.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — our "Message Ellen" links open WhatsApp, operated by Meta, subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, and what device they use. This is measurement only; we don't run advertising or remarketing tracking. Analytics cookies are switched off until you choose "Accept all" on the cookie banner. How long we keep information

Messages and enquiries sent via WhatsApp or email are kept only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage your alteration or repair, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of running the business.
